This workshop will focus on the 'doing' versus the theory around art, with participants learning how to apply pastels
in unusual ways onto Pastelmat for precise, but soft rendering of the chosen subject.
To ensure that all participants go home with a piece of work that is finished, or nearly completed, the workshop cost includes
2 pieces of Pastelmat. These will be in a shade and tone to suit the line work for an image similar to the one shown above.
Participants will be able to follow along as Julie demonstrates the techniques she uses to paint Superb Fairy-wrens.
