Join realistic artist Chris Arnol - a graduate of the Angel Academy of Art in Florence, Italy - for a hands-on mass drawing workshop using charcoal.
Chris will guide you through a mass drawing process, focusing on building a drawing from large tonal shapes and gradually refining detail and form. This approach emphasizes structure, value relationships, and confident mark making.
Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced artist, this workshop is a great opportunity to improve your drawing technique. Chris will give individual feedback and one-on-one guidance.
Chris will demonstrate and participants will follow using one of his reference photos. You are invited to bring your own images - Black and White or tonal, to use the techniques after the first example or use one of Chris'.
